As an all-in-one wedding venue, experience the perfect match with your ceremony and wedding reception at the same location. With our property spanning over 10 acres, our beautiful wedding reception room is closely situated to all of our ceremony locations and offers a great indoor-outdoor flow with our gardens.
Furthermore, the beauty of our wedding reception room is it provides the ultimate alfresco experience, where you and your guests dine under a canopy of vines, vintage lights and fairy lights. The design also enables us to ensure smaller groups have an intimate day, while we are able to open up our dining areas so larger receptions can enjoy the unique experience we create for you.
Ensuring an Unforgettable Reception
Planning Your Wedding
The journey begins nine months prior with an initial planning meeting to fine-tune timings, create a detailed run sheet, and address any queries.
Two months before the special day, another meeting is held to finalise guest numbers, select the menu, and provide an opportunity to complete a mock table setup for a preview of the reception.
A wedding rehearsal for the ceremony is possible as well
Wedding Lighting
The wedding package includes atmospheric dance floor lighting with a fairy light roof, lasers, LEDs, and much more!
A haze and bubble machine are also available upon request.
Music & Sound
As part of the wedding package, an in-house music system is included, featuring a portable PA for the ceremony, surround speakers in the reception room, garden speakers, and a dance floor system. Bands and live music should use their own equipment that they are familiar with.
DJs are welcome to plug in to our system with their mixing desk and take over our speakers.
Décor & Setup
Included in the wedding package are table setups with linen, glassware, and crockery. Personalise with vases, lanterns, and more at no extra cost. Suppliers can access the venue from 11am or earlier by appointment on the wedding day.
Cuisine Options
Enjoy canapés, main meals, and desserts, providing varied dining options throughout the day. Canapés follow the ceremony, with a dessert buffet following your main meal. This is your choice of our buffet, sharing platters, or plated meals with sides.

Do you have a PA? (Sound System)
Yes, garden speakers, surround speakers inside, speakers in the fireplace area, and dance floor speakers that your DJ can plug into are available.
Do you have any dance lighting?
Yes, several great lighting features are available, including colour-changing LEDs, a mirror ball for your first dance, disco lighting, and lasers.
Do you have microphones for speeches?
Yes, there are two cordless handheld microphones available for your speeches.
Are the vines above the main dining area real?
Yes, and they remain green all-year round.
