Simply Stunning
When you book your school ball at Markovina Estate, the venue is booked exclusively for your event. There are two versatile spaces, including the new schist fireplace area. This space is perfect for when you first arrive, with plenty of room for your photographer and any other activities you want to include. You don’t need to do much theming in the main dining room as the space is already magical, with a canopy of vines and vintage lights throughout. It is simply a stunning space.
Plenty Included in your Ticket Price
The package offers more than just an amazing venue and great food. Chiavari chairs, table linens, and a wide selection of vases and table decorations are provided to help you perfectly theme your night for a successful event.
Additionally, a full PA system, cordless microphones, DJ lighting, a haze machine, and fairy lights over the dance floor are available. Two screens are also available for use. An events manager will be present throughout the night to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The school ball package is designed for groups with a minimum of 100 students. If your group consists of fewer than 100 students, a customised package can be created to suit your needs, ensuring you can still celebrate your special occasion at the beautiful Markovina Estate.
Package pricing is specifically valid for midyear dates, running from May to September 2025. A range of options is offered during this period to accommodate your preferences and make your event memorable. Please be aware that weekend dates for these midyear months will not be available until the new school year starts in February 2025.

Do you only offer a buffet menu?
No, a plated meal or sharing platters at the table are available. If you want something different, simply get in touch and we can put a package together for you.
Do you provide security?
No this is something that you would need to arrange.
How long is the booking for?
The school ball package is a five hour venue hire. You can come in prior to the start time for any theming you want to do.
What are your minimum numbers?
The School Ball package is based on a minimum of 100 students. You can book for less, however an additional venue hire charge may apply.
