FAQs

Can we bring in our activities to entertain our children?

Yes, simply share your plans, and you will be placed in the best spot in the gardens to give you the space you need.

Do you provide music & entertainment or can we provide our own?

There is a full music system for both the gardens and indoor areas. A selection of mingling and dinner music is available, but you are welcome to bring your own device and plug it into the system or arrange your own DJ, live music, or entertainment.

How soon should I book my engagement party?

It depends on the number of guests and the time of year you want your celebration,
so please contact us to find out more. For most engagement party bookings, the venue is opened up 3 months in advance.

What are your minimum numbers?

Minimum numbers depend on what style of engagement party you are wanting to book and how far in advance you are making your booking.

Can we BYO food or beverage?

Unfortunately, BYO food or beverages are not permitted.
There is a full bar onsite as well as an in-house kitchen with chefs.

Can we decorate the venue?

If you have booked an exclusive event, yes you can.

Can we eat outdoors?

The most common is for guests to have their canapes outside and sit inside for their main meal however if you do want to have a more casual event, potentially a gourmet BBQ or continuous nibbles there is no problem enjoying that outside.

Is the price the same for children?

Children 5-12 are half price of per person cost of your selected day.
Children 0-4 are free.
